Payment and Insurance Information
For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We strive to provide the highest quality care at a fair and reasonable cost; therefore, payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Please note:
- Insurance is not accepted at the time of your initial consultation; however, our office will gladly file your consultation claim for possible reimbursement.
- After your insurance has been verified, you will be responsible for the estimated difference between your insurance benefits and the total cost of your procedure. This amount is due on the day of surgery.
If you have any questions regarding your account, please do not hesitate to contact our Kingwood Office at 281-358-2997. Often, a simple phone call can quickly clear up any misunderstandings.
Most insurance companies process claims within approximately six weeks. Once we receive a copy of your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), we will review your account. If there is a remaining balance, you will receive a bill, and appreciate your timely payment. If a credit is due, a refund will be issued promptly—unless you are mid-treatment, in which case the credit will be applied to the next phase of your treatment. For more information about accepted insurance plans and our claim submission process, please visit our Insurance Page.
Our goal is to keep you fully informed about all costs associated with your care and to assist you in maximizing your insurance reimbursement. However, please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all charges related to the care you choose to receive.
