We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Insurance is not accepted on the initial consultation but our office will be happy to provide you with the necessary paper work to file for your consultation reimbursement. After your insurance is verified, you will be responsible for the estimated difference in your insurance payment and cost of the procedure on the day of surgery. Our goal is to fully inform you of all expenses associated with your care and to help you maximize the reimbursement from your insurance company. Ultimately, however, you are responsible for all care you elect to receive.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If you need a monthly payment plan feel free to complete an application and we will submit it to our outside financing group so that your approval amount can be determine before your procedure.
