Financial concerns should never prevent you from receiving the care you need, and our team is here to help guide you through every step of the process.

For Patients with Dental Insurance:
We are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy. Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance provider. As such, we cannot guarantee coverage or payment. While we will make every effort to help you maximize your benefits, there may still be a remaining balance after your insurance has processed the claim. If so, any remaining balance will be the patient’s responsibility and subject to balance billing.

When scheduling your consultation, our staff will make every effort to verify your insurance benefits prior to checking out. To assist with this, please bring both your medical and dental insurance cards for verification.  We accept and work with all PPO insurance policies and are in-network with many dental insurance providers.
